Pleasantville Tennis Club

Founded in 1928 as a club for tennis enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. The Pleasantville Tennis Club is a small member-supported private outdoor tennis club located in historic Pleasantville, NY. The Club welcomes members of all ability levels.

Club facilities: The Club has six superbly-maintained Har-Tru courts which are cool throughout the summer and considerably more welcoming than hard courts…and a clubhouse with men’s & women’s showers and changing rooms and a covered terrace for informal gatherings & social events.

Limited membership assures easy accessibility to the courts. No reservations required, providing virtually unlimited play from the end of April to November.

Professional Staff & Instruction: USPTA and USPTR certified head tennis pro and staff are dedicated to helping players achieve their full potential on the court and develop a lifetime enjoyment of the sport.

Teams: For the most-competitive players the Club offers a range of team options including Men’s “A”, “B” and Senior Teams as well as a Woman’s “B” and "C" Team. There is also a Junior Team that competes in the “C” Division of the Westchester Junior Tennis League.

USTA Tournaments: The Club runs a USTA sanctioned men’s tournament and two boys’ and girls’ USTA Level 2 tournaments each summer which are managed by the Club’s pro and attract players from the tri-state area.
